[目的]了解桂林及桂林周边地区健康人群骨密度（BMD）的变化及骨质疏松症（OP）的患病率。[方法]对来院健康体检的20～80岁2451名桂北地区居民，按每10岁一个年龄层进行问卷调查及BMD的测定。[结果]男性BMD值峰值为（1．112±0．152），女性BMD峰值为（1．002±0．181），峰值年龄为20～30岁组，随着年龄增加OP发生率增加，50岁之后OP发生率显著上升（ P ＜0．05），女性从40岁开始OP发生率增长明显（ P ＜0．05），女性在40岁以上组O P发生率较同年龄组的男性显著增高（ P ＜0．01）。[结论]桂北地区人群骨密度峰值在20～30岁组，女性在40岁以后，而男性年龄在50岁以上，O P发生率逐渐上升，应加强对OP的早期干预。
[목적]료해계림급계림주변지구건강인군골밀도（BMD）적변화급골질소송증（OP）적환병솔。[방법]대래원건강체검적20～80세2451명계북지구거민，안매10세일개년령층진행문권조사급BMD적측정。[결과]남성BMD치봉치위（1．112±0．152），녀성BMD봉치위（1．002±0．181），봉치년령위20～30세조，수착년령증가OP발생솔증가，50세지후OP발생솔현저상승（ P ＜0．05），녀성종40세개시OP발생솔증장명현（ P ＜0．05），녀성재40세이상조O P발생솔교동년령조적남성현저증고（ P ＜0．01）。[결론]계북지구인군골밀도봉치재20～30세조，녀성재40세이후，이남성년령재50세이상，O P발생솔축점상승，응가강대OP적조기간예。
[Objective] To investigate the rule of the change of bone mineral density (BMD) and the preva-lence of osteoporosis (OP) of healthy people in Guilin and adjacent area .[Methods] According to one age group per 10 years old ,questionnaire survey was performed for 2451 healthy people(aged 20~80 years old) in Guibei area .BMD was measured .[Results] The peak BMD in males and females was 1 .112 ± 0 .152 and 1 .002 ± 0 .181 ,respectively .The peak age was 20~30 years old .The prevalence of OP increased with the age .The prevalence of OP in people over 50 years old increased markedly ( P <0 .05) .The prevalence of OP in females over 40 years old increased obviously ( P < 0 .05) .Compared with males over 40 years old ,the prevalence of OP in females with the same age group increased markedly ( P<0 .01) .[Conclusion] The peak BMD of people in Guibei area is the age group of 20~30 years old .The prevalence of OP increases in females over 40 years old and males over 50 years old .Early intervention of OP should be strengthened .
