[目的]探讨机械刮除联合药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效。[方法]患者60例60眼根据治疗方法分为两组。A组（ n＝34）：采用局部病灶机械刮除＋药物治疗；B组（ n ＝26）：单纯采用药物治疗，比较分析两组疗效。[结果]A组治愈率67．6％（23/34），有效率94．1％（29/34），疗效明显优于B组。[结论]局部病灶机械刮除＋药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡，疗效满意，临床上推荐作为首选的治疗方法。
[목적]탐토궤계괄제연합약물치료진균성각막궤양적료효。[방법]환자60례60안근거치료방법분위량조。A조（ n＝34）：채용국부병조궤계괄제＋약물치료；B조（ n ＝26）：단순채용약물치료，비교분석량조료효。[결과]A조치유솔67．6％（23/34），유효솔94．1％（29/34），료효명현우우B조。[결론]국부병조궤계괄제＋약물치료진균성각막궤양，료효만의，림상상추천작위수선적치료방법。
[Objective]To analyze the efficacy of focus machinery shaving combined with drug therapy for mycotic corneal ulcer .[Methods] According to the treatment method ,60 patients(60 eyes) were divided into two groups .Group A received focus machinery shaving and drug therapy ,while group B received drug therapy only .The efficacy was compared between two groups .[Results]In group A ,the curative rate was 67 .6% and effective rate was 94 .1% .The efficacy of group A was obviously better than that in group B .[Conclusion]The efficacy of focus machinery shaving combined with drug therapy for the treatment of mycotic corneal ulcer is certain ,so it can be recommended as the preferred treatment method and promoted in clinical practice .
