[目的]探讨高压氧对家兔肝脏缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)能量代谢的影响。[方法]家兔30只肝脏IRI造模后随机分为:对照组和高压氧治疗组。对照组采用吸氧、维持水电解质平衡、消炎、护肝等常规治疗;治疗组在此基础上从术后d1开始采取高压氧治疗,动态检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT )、动脉血酮体比值(AKBR)、肝细胞线粒体呼吸活性、肝组织三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量变化。[结果]家兔肝脏IRI后能量代谢明显受损。治疗组术后d5 ALT较对照组下降快(t =9.13,P <0.05)。治疗组肝脏能量代谢指标术后 d3显著升高(t ≥12.45,P <0.05),术后d5进入稳定期,且在术后d3、d5与对照组同时相比较统计学意义( t ≥8.19,P<0.05)。对照组肝脏能量代谢指标术后d3开始缓缓上升,术后d5才显著升高( t ≥7.93, P <0.05),术后d7进入稳定期。[结论]高压氧治疗可以使家兔肝脏IRI后的能量代谢指标较快恢复。

[목적]탐토고압양대가토간장결혈재관주손상(IRI)능량대사적영향。[방법]가토30지간장IRI조모후수궤분위:대조조화고압양치료조。대조조채용흡양、유지수전해질평형、소염、호간등상규치료;치료조재차기출상종술후d1개시채취고압양치료,동태검측혈청곡병전안매(ALT )、동맥혈동체비치(AKBR)、간세포선립체호흡활성、간조직삼린산선감(ATP)함량변화。[결과]가토간장IRI후능량대사명현수손。치료조술후d5 ALT교대조조하강쾌(t =9.13,P <0.05)。치료조간장능량대사지표술후 d3현저승고(t ≥12.45,P <0.05),술후d5진입은정기,차재술후d3、d5여대조조동시상비교통계학의의( t ≥8.19,P<0.05)。대조조간장능량대사지표술후d3개시완완상승,술후d5재현저승고( t ≥7.93, P <0.05),술후d7진입은정기。[결론]고압양치료가이사가토간장IRI후적능량대사지표교쾌회복。
[Objective]To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on hepatic energy metabolism in rab-bits with liver ischemic reperfusion injury(I/R) .[Methods] After the establishment of the models with hepatic I/R ,30 rabbits were randomly divided into control group and HBO group .The control group received conventional therapy such as the inhalation of oxygen ,maintenance of water-electrolyte balance ,anti-inflammatory treatment and the protection of liver .On the basis of the above treatment ,HBO group received HBO therapy on d1 after op-eration .The changes of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT ) ,arterial blood ketone ratio (AKBR) ,hepatocytic mitochondrial respiratory activity and hepatic triphosadenine (ATP) content were detected dynamically .[Results]Energy metabolism in rabbits after liver I/R was obviously impaired .Compared with control group ,ALT in HBO group on d5 after operation decreased more rapidly ( t =9 .13 ,P <0 .05) .Hepatic energy metabolism indices in HBO group on d3 after operation increased markedly ( t ≥12 .45 ,P < 0 .05) .Energy metabolism was in stable phase on d5 after operation .There was significant difference between HBO group and control group on d3 and d5 after operation( t ≥8 .19 ,P <0 .05) .Hepatic energy metabolic indices in control group slowly increased on d3 af-ter operation and markedly increased on d5 after operation( t ≥7 .93 ,P<0 .05) ,and was in stable phase on d7 af-ter operation .[Conclusion] HBO can rapidly recover hepatic energy metabolic indices in rabbits after I/R .
