[目的]探讨脐血骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平和活性、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平、血清钙、血清磷与胎儿短长骨畸形的关系。[方法]选择短长骨畸形胎儿19例(观察组),正常胎儿26例(对照组),检测两组胎儿脐血BALP水平和活性及脐血IGF-1、血清钙和磷水平并比较。[结果]观察组BALP水平、血清磷显著低于对照组,血清钙显著高于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义( P <0.05),但两组BALP活性、IGF-1水平比较无显著性差异( P >0.05);BALP水平与血磷呈正相关( r =0.343,P<0.05)。[结论]短长骨畸形胎儿的钙磷代谢出现异常,BALP水平降低可能是胎儿短长骨畸形的影响因素。

[목적]탐토제혈골감성린산매(BALP)수평화활성、이도소양생장인자-1(IGF-1)수평、혈청개、혈청린여태인단장골기형적관계。[방법]선택단장골기형태인19례(관찰조),정상태인26례(대조조),검측량조태인제혈BALP수평화활성급제혈IGF-1、혈청개화린수평병비교。[결과]관찰조BALP수평、혈청린현저저우대조조,혈청개현저고우대조조,기차이균유통계학의의( P <0.05),단량조BALP활성、IGF-1수평비교무현저성차이( P >0.05);BALP수평여혈린정정상관( r =0.343,P<0.05)。[결론]단장골기형태인적개린대사출현이상,BALP수평강저가능시태인단장골기형적영향인소。
[Objective] To explore the correlation of bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) level and activity and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) in cord blood ,serum phosphorus and calcium with fetal shortened long bone deformity .[Methods] A total of 19 fetuses with shortened long bone deformity (observation group) and 26 normal fetuses(control group) were chosen .The level and activity of BALP and IGF-1 level in cord blood , serum calcium and phosphorus of fetuses in two groups were examined and compared .[Results]BALP level and serum phosphorus in observation group were markedly lower than those in control group ( P < 0 .05) , while serum calcium in observation group was markedly higher than that in control group ( P < 0 .05) ,and there was significant difference( P<0 .05) .There was no significant difference in BALP activity and IGF level between two groups( P >0 .05) .The level of BALP was positively correlated with serum phosphorus ( r =0 .343 ,P <0 .05) .[Conclusion] The metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in fetus with shortened long bone deformity is abnormal .The decreasing of BALP level may be an influential factor of fetus with shortened long bone deformity .
