因全球自然环境逐步恶化加之民众环境意识不断提高,各建设项目皆应致力遵循自然地貌加以改善。河流整治工程必须受到约束,加强环境影响评估及监测调查。并采用配合自然或抚育方式实施。传统采用刚性构造设计观念要改变,达到标新立异,例如改采用生态技术以构筑兼顾景观地貌、生态抚育而且结构安全。

Because of the global environment deteriorated gradually and people's increasing awareness of the environment ,all kinds of project are aimed to harmonize and improve geography.River regulation project must be restricted , strengthening environmental impact assessment and monitoring survey , combining with natural and tending recovery method.Traditional rigid structure design concept must be changed to realize the harmony with nature , for example adopting ecological technology to build a landscape harmonized with the geography ,conducting ecological tending and realizing structural safety .
