高职学生群体思想行为特点主要表现在思想不稳定，整体思想素质不高，个性特长突出，但学习习惯不好。高职目前的思想政治教育从教学内容、教学方法、评价体系等方面未能体现出职业学校学生的思想和行为特性。结合高职学生思想行为特点及高职思政教育现状，提出从高职思政教育的队伍体系、内容体系、方法体系及评价体系等方面进行切合实际的改革，以实现高职思想政治教育的目的。

The characteristics of higher vocational students mainly manifested that their thinking is unstable, overall thought quality is not high, personality is prominent, but they have poor study habits. Higher vocational ideological and political education at present, from the teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation system, failed to reflect the thought and behavior of occupa-tion school students. Combined with the characteristics of higher vocational college students and the present situation of their think-ing and behavior, the author put forward that we should carry forward reform from the following aspects of the vocational team sys-tem, content system, method system and the evaluation system, in order to achieve the purpose of ideological and political education in high vocational colleges.
