在“双师型教师队伍培养改革试点”研究的基础上,从1998年首次提出“双师型”教师概念以来,对有关“双师型”教师的文件进行阅读和分析,重点梳理了“双师型”教师标准建设的发展脉络,提出了制订职业院校“双师型”教师地方标准要以国家标准为依据、学者观点为参考、院校标准为基础、其它地方标准为借鉴、专兼教师为对象、能力考核为核心、动静考核相结合、可操作性为准则的八点建议。
在“雙師型教師隊伍培養改革試點”研究的基礎上,從1998年首次提齣“雙師型”教師概唸以來,對有關“雙師型”教師的文件進行閱讀和分析,重點梳理瞭“雙師型”教師標準建設的髮展脈絡,提齣瞭製訂職業院校“雙師型”教師地方標準要以國傢標準為依據、學者觀點為參攷、院校標準為基礎、其它地方標準為藉鑒、專兼教師為對象、能力攷覈為覈心、動靜攷覈相結閤、可操作性為準則的八點建議。
재“쌍사형교사대오배양개혁시점”연구적기출상,종1998년수차제출“쌍사형”교사개념이래,대유관“쌍사형”교사적문건진행열독화분석,중점소리료“쌍사형”교사표준건설적발전맥락,제출료제정직업원교“쌍사형”교사지방표준요이국가표준위의거、학자관점위삼고、원교표준위기출、기타지방표준위차감、전겸교사위대상、능력고핵위핵심、동정고핵상결합、가조작성위준칙적팔점건의。
On the basis of the study on “double-qualified” teachers training reform pilot, since 1998 the “double-qualified teachers” concept first proposed, this essay summarizes the relevant“double-qualified teachers” construction documents. Focus on“the development of double-qualified teachers” construction standards, this essay also develops the eight suggestions. To formulate vocational colleges “ double-qualified teachers ” local standards must be based on the national standard, the views of scholars for reference, college standard based, other local standards for reference, teachers as the object, ability as the core, dynamic and static evaluation combined, and operation as the criterion.
