神华宁煤集团400万t/a煤制油项目硫回收装置尾气处理系统采用氨法脱硫工艺。介绍了氨法脱硫工艺的工艺流程和工艺特点,并以传统的SCOT脱硫工艺为参照,进行了投资、消耗和产出等方面的技术经济分析。结果表明,氨法脱硫工艺具有工艺流程简单、便于操作维护等优点,在煤化工硫回收装置尾气脱硫领域具有良好的应用前景。

Desulphurization process by ammonia method was used in tail gas treatment system of sulfur recovery device in project of coal to oil with a capacity of 4 million t/a in Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Company Ltd.Author has introduced the process flow and process feature for desulphuri-zation process by ammonia method, taking the traditional SCOT desulphurization process as reference, the technical and economic analysis were made from aspects of investment, consume and output etc.Result indicates that desulphurization process by ammonia method has many advantages of simple process flow , easy operation and maintanance and so on;it has a good application prospect in the tail gas desulphurization field of sulfur recovery device in chemi-cal engineering project of coal.
