The paper presents a new -type didactical apparatus and design solutions of the measuring control experimental system as well as its formation , which includes the whole procedure of this system , forming structure of controlling system , measurement principle and analysis of measurement error .In or-der to meet the demands of measuring experimental teaching of geometric tolerance in CNC turning of ma -jor related with mechanical manufacture , a new-type measuring control experimental apparatus is meant to be planned and made .The system consists of measuring and controlling apparatus , so as to measure the diameter , circular degree and cylindricity of components , which is simply structured , highly integrat-ed and overcomes limit of traditional teaching device .
