通过简述工业遗产的定义、发展趋势和自身特征，引出目前改造利用工业遗产比较主流的两种模式--以工业遗产博物馆为主的“保护与更新”模式和以主题博物馆、美术馆、艺术中心等为主的“保护与再生”模式。文章以马山地质公园内双星鞋厂改造为例，对其加以阐述分析，并大胆地提出“更新与再生结合”的保护利用新模式，以期给工业遗产的改造实践提供一个新思路。

By the definition of industrial heritage,the development trend and its characteristics,this article introduces the current transformation of industrial heritage of two popular models. One mode is to establish the Industrial Heritage Museum called"the protection and renewal mode",another is to form Museum, Art Gallery and Art Center called"protection and regeneration mode". Taking the example of Double Star shoe Factory in Mashan geological park, the article puts forward a new model of“renewal and regeneration”,which hopes to provide a new idea for the reform practice of industrial heritage .
