公园免费开放作为政府提供公共产品的一种全新理念，得到了不同国家和城市的认同。文章通过查阅文献、史料、书刊等资料对广州公园的起源、建设和免费开放历程进行回顾。针对公园免费开放存在的问题进行分析，探讨相应的对策，以期为公园免费开放后的优化管理以及同类型公园的设计和管理提供参考。

Park free admissions is a new idea about public products provided by the government, it is approved by different countries and cities. By reviewing literature, historical data and books, this paper reviews the origin, construction and free open process of Guangzhou city parks. Based on the questions existed in the free open of city parks, the paper puts forward the corresponding strategies,which hopes to make valuable suggestions for the optimal managements, and provide references for the design and management of similar parks.
