为了研究电缆附件绝缘结构中应力锥与电缆绝缘在分界面处有缺陷(气隙、杂质)时,电缆附件的电场分布与缺陷处的电场强度,运用有限元方法,以220 kV高压电缆附件为模型,采用ANSYS 软件模拟接头的三维电场分布情况,并与二维轴对称电场分析结果进行比较;为了保证分界面处的电气性能,采用与电缆附件相同的材料制成的试块进行试验,确定能够满足电缆附件电气性能的界面压力。
為瞭研究電纜附件絕緣結構中應力錐與電纜絕緣在分界麵處有缺陷(氣隙、雜質)時,電纜附件的電場分佈與缺陷處的電場彊度,運用有限元方法,以220 kV高壓電纜附件為模型,採用ANSYS 軟件模擬接頭的三維電場分佈情況,併與二維軸對稱電場分析結果進行比較;為瞭保證分界麵處的電氣性能,採用與電纜附件相同的材料製成的試塊進行試驗,確定能夠滿足電纜附件電氣性能的界麵壓力。

For studying numerical sizes of electric field distribution and defects of cable accessories when there are defects such as air gap and impurities of stress cone and cable insulation in insulation structure of cable accessories at the interface, this paper uses finite element method,takes 220 kV high voltage cable accessories as model,adopts ANSYS software to sim-ulate three-dimensional electric field distribution of the joint and compares with analysis result of symmetrical electric field distribution of the two-dimensional axis.For ensuring electric performance of the interface,it uses testing device made of the same material as cable accessories to conduct a test to confirm satisfaction for interface pressure of electric performance of cable accessories.
