某电厂高温再热蒸汽管道在吹管后出现异常下沉,恒力弹簧吊架普遍处于下极限位置。通过分析找出导致管道下沉的主要原因,并针对此提出了新增3组恒力弹簧吊架,更换2组恒力弹簧吊架的处理方案以及高温蒸汽管道下沉的预防建议,方案实施后管道下沉问题得到有效解决。
某電廠高溫再熱蒸汽管道在吹管後齣現異常下沉,恆力彈簧弔架普遍處于下極限位置。通過分析找齣導緻管道下沉的主要原因,併針對此提齣瞭新增3組恆力彈簧弔架,更換2組恆力彈簧弔架的處理方案以及高溫蒸汽管道下沉的預防建議,方案實施後管道下沉問題得到有效解決。

The high temperature reheat steam pipeline of some power plant is abnormally sinking after blowpipe and the con-stant force spring hanger is generally lying in a limit inferior location.Therefore,this paper tries to find out the main reason for sinking on the basis of analysis and proposes disposal measures of newly increasing three groups of constant force spring hangers and changing two groups of constant force spring hangers and related precaution suggestion for preventing sinking of the high temperature reheat steam pipeline.The problem of sinking of the steam pipeline is effectively solved after imple-menting the above disposal measures.
