当前国内新建和搬迁动物园的项目很多，针对目前动物园新建和搬迁过程中出现的一些问题，文章结合徐州动物园和沈阳动物园总体规划，从动物园规划的流程解析入手，从场地识别分析、动物园总体框架布局、动物园建设规模、建设成本控制和展示特色把握等层面，就动物园规划过程中遇到的具体问题如何解决进行了探索和实践。

There are many projects about zoo’s set up and relocation in China, as are the problems in the practice. Taking the master plans of Xuzhou Zoo and Shenyang Zoo as example, this paper analyzes the process of zoo planning, and tries to put forward solutions on some universal problems in the process of zoo’s master planning in several perspectives such as the layout of zoo sketch, the control of construction cost and scales, as wel as the interpretation of zoo’s characteristics, etc.
