本文建立了自动固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱(ASPE -RP -HPLC)法检测造纸法再造烟叶浓缩液中单宁酸的方法。结果表明单宁酸的浓度在2~117μg/m L的范围内有良好的线性关系,单宁酸的加标回收率大于87.3%,检出限为0.2μg/m L。该方法操作简单,快速准确,可用于烟叶、烟梗中单宁酸含量分析,检测造纸法再造烟叶浓缩液的单宁酸尤其有效。

The content of tannic acid extracted from tobacco leaf and tobacco peduncle is analyzed by automated solid phase extraction(ASPE) and reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The results show that there is a good linear relation about the concentration of tannic acid in the range of 2-117ug/mL , and the recovery of tannic acid is more than 87.3% , the detection limit is 0.2μg/mL. T he method is simple ,rapid and accurate .
