基于活体中叶绿素a的荧光特性,研制了一种可快速在线监测水体中叶绿素含量的荧光仪,该仪器选用波长为470nm的最新超高亮度的蓝色发光二极管(LED)作为激发光源,并配备先进的荧光信号检测系统,工作水深可达100m。用该仪器检测海水水样中叶绿素a含量,测定结果与分光光度法相比无显著差异。

Based on the fluorescence characteristics of chlorophyll-a ,this paper reports a mast on-line fluorescence instrument for determination of chlorophyll-a.This instrument uses the ultra-high brightness light emitting diode (LED) with wavelength of 470 nm as the excitation light source ,and is equipped with the advanced fluorescence signal detection system.The working depth of the fluoro probe is up to 100 m. A comparison between the results of chlorophyll determinations made on a suite of marine samples by the flu-orometer and the spectrophotometry show s little significant difference.
