紧凑型传动链采用中速比齿轮箱匹配中速永磁发电机,发电机通过法兰直接连接到齿轮箱后部,传动链的支承重量大,处于后部的发电机又有旋转振动,会加剧整个传动链的振动,影响传动链的可靠性。所以,传统的齿轮箱输入轴悬挂的支承方案已不再适合紧凑型传动链使用。本文着重介绍和分析两种适用于大型风电机组紧凑型传动链的支承方案,这些方案可以优化紧凑型传动链的载荷,同时为其提供更好的支承刚度和可靠性。
緊湊型傳動鏈採用中速比齒輪箱匹配中速永磁髮電機,髮電機通過法蘭直接連接到齒輪箱後部,傳動鏈的支承重量大,處于後部的髮電機又有鏇轉振動,會加劇整箇傳動鏈的振動,影響傳動鏈的可靠性。所以,傳統的齒輪箱輸入軸懸掛的支承方案已不再適閤緊湊型傳動鏈使用。本文著重介紹和分析兩種適用于大型風電機組緊湊型傳動鏈的支承方案,這些方案可以優化緊湊型傳動鏈的載荷,同時為其提供更好的支承剛度和可靠性。

Compact drive train of large wind turbine consists of a middle ratio gearbox and a middle speed permanent magnet synchronous generator, and the generator directly connects to end fange of gearbox. Te whole compact drive train is heavy to support, and generator at the end has rotational vibration, these factors will aggravate vibration of compact drive train and infect its reliability. Therefore,traditional input shaft of gearbox suspended scheme is no longer fit for compact drive train. This paper focuses on introducing and analyzing two suspend schemes for compact drive train, and the two support schemes can optimize its loads, simultaneously supply beter stifness of support and reliability for it.
