针对风电场建设阶段多、参与单位多,后期会暴露出诸多问题的现状,本文从建设阶段划分及技术联系入手,把建设中的各个阶段的设计工作看成一个整体。着重对获取勘察、测量等基础设计资料,对风电机组布置、基础方案的优化方法进行了分析,以期减少项目后期运行中的隐患,带来管理上、效益上的更大收益。

Many companies work in more than one wind farm construction stage, many problems will be generated in the process. In order to solve this problem, this paper started from the construction stage division and the technical contact, considered the various construction stages of the design to be a whole. It emphatically analyzed optimization method of obtaining basic design data of survey, wind turbines' layout and foundation scheme . Ten it can reduce the hidden trouble in operation of the project, also bring greater returns in management and benefts.
