首先分析了现有的GIS数据存储的特点、备份策略及其不足。在分析的基础上并结合SVG 格式的特点本文提出了一种适合SVG格式时态GIS 数据的改进增量备份模型。模型将完全备份和增量备份相结合,不单独保存增量备份产生的差异脚本。由于一个增量脚本文件中包含多个版本的差异脚本,完全备份和对应的增量脚本文件可以还原多个版本,且脚本可以复用,不存在冗余且效率明显提高。模型包含两个子算法,即差异脚本生成算法和恢复算法,实验验证算法是有效的。

This paper firstly analyzes the features of data storage in temporal GIS , backup strategies and their drawbacks .Based on the analysis and according to the features of SVG file , this paper proposes an improved incremental backup model which suits SVG -based temporal GIS .This model combines full -backup and incremental backup .The differences script produced by incremental backup will no longer be saved as a file .Because several versions of differences scripts are included in the incremental script file , full-backup file and corresponding incremental script file can be used to recover several versions .Besides , the scripts can be reused and there is no redundancy , and the efficiency has been improved significantly .There are two subalgorithms in this model: differences scripts generation algorithm and another is recovery algorithm , which has been proved to be effective by experiments .
