This paper introduces the minimum wall thickness calculation equation of the straight pipe under internal pressure and its application condition, analyses the minimum wall thickness calculation equation of the straight pipe under internal pressure for the project design, and points out the difference of the minimum wall thickness equations between GB 50764, DL/T 5054, DL/T 5366 and ASME B31.1;Calculation of Ultra-supercritical unit impulse pipe wall thickness should be based on the ASME B31.1, and the next heavier commercial wall thickness of the impulse pipe should be selected.
