目的:观察流行性腮腺炎合并急性睾丸炎患者的血清细胞因子水平变化。方法入选2012年1月-2013年5月在我院感染科住院治疗的流行性腮腺炎合并急性睾丸炎患者30例(合并睾丸炎组),同时选择无主要并发症的单纯性流行性腮腺炎30例(单纯腮腺炎组)。检测2组患者血清白细胞介素(interleukin, IL)-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、干扰素γ和肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor, TNF)-α的水平。结果合并睾丸炎组患者血清IL-6和TNF-α水平[(6.7±3.5)pg/ml、(43.1±28.2) ng/ml]高于单纯腮腺炎组[(3.2±1.5) pg/ml、(32.5±21.1) ng/ml],2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论腮腺炎病毒感染后血清IL-6和TNF-α高水平可能是参与诱发睾丸炎的始动因素。

목적:관찰류행성시선염합병급성고환염환자적혈청세포인자수평변화。방법입선2012년1월-2013년5월재아원감염과주원치료적류행성시선염합병급성고환염환자30례(합병고환염조),동시선택무주요병발증적단순성류행성시선염30례(단순시선염조)。검측2조환자혈청백세포개소(interleukin, IL)-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、간우소γ화종류배사인자(tumor necrosis factor, TNF)-α적수평。결과합병고환염조환자혈청IL-6화TNF-α수평[(6.7±3.5)pg/ml、(43.1±28.2) ng/ml]고우단순시선염조[(3.2±1.5) pg/ml、(32.5±21.1) ng/ml],2조비교차이유통계학의의。결론시선염병독감염후혈청IL-6화TNF-α고수평가능시삼여유발고환염적시동인소。
Objective To investigate serum cytokine levels of patients with acute mumps orchitis. Methods Thirty patients with acute mumps orchitis (mumps orchitis group) and 30 patients with mumps only without any major complications (mumps group), who were treated in infectious diseases department of our hospital from Jan. 2012 to May 2013, were enrolled in the study. Serum levels of interleukin (IL)-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, interferon γand tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α of the two groups were tested. Results The levels of IL-6 and TNF-αof mumps orchitis group (6.7±3.5 pg/ml, 43.1±28.2 ng/ml) were higher than those of mumps group (3.2±1.5 pg/ml, 32.5±21.1 ng/ml), and the differences were significant between the two groups. Conclusion High serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αmay be the trigger factors of orchitis in patients with mumps.
