目的:建立栀子金花分散片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,色谱条件:Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.6%磷酸二氢钠溶液(30:70),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为350nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在2.5-50μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995;盐酸小檗碱加样回收率(n=6)为100.85%,RSD为3.7%;栀子金花分散片中盐酸小檗碱平均含量为0.633%。结论:本研究建立的HPLC测定栀子金花分散片中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法简便、重复性好,可用于栀子金花分散片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。
目的:建立梔子金花分散片中鹽痠小檗堿的含量測定方法。方法:採用HPLC法測定,色譜條件:Diamonsil-C18色譜柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流動相為乙腈-0.6%燐痠二氫鈉溶液(30:70),流速為1.0ml/min,檢測波長為350nm。結果:鹽痠小檗堿在2.5-50μg範圍內線性關繫良好,r=0.9995;鹽痠小檗堿加樣迴收率(n=6)為100.85%,RSD為3.7%;梔子金花分散片中鹽痠小檗堿平均含量為0.633%。結論:本研究建立的HPLC測定梔子金花分散片中鹽痠小檗堿含量的方法簡便、重複性好,可用于梔子金花分散片中鹽痠小檗堿的含量測定。
목적:건립치자금화분산편중염산소벽감적함량측정방법。방법:채용HPLC법측정,색보조건:Diamonsil-C18색보주(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),류동상위을정-0.6%린산이경납용액(30:70),류속위1.0ml/min,검측파장위350nm。결과:염산소벽감재2.5-50μg범위내선성관계량호,r=0.9995;염산소벽감가양회수솔(n=6)위100.85%,RSD위3.7%;치자금화분산편중염산소벽감평균함량위0.633%。결론:본연구건립적HPLC측정치자금화분산편중염산소벽감함량적방법간편、중복성호,가용우치자금화분산편중염산소벽감적함량측정。
Objective:To establish a method for determining of berberine hydrochloride content in ZhiziJinhua Dispersible Tablet.Methods:HPLC was used to determine berberine hydrochloride content in ZhiziJinhua Dispersible Tablet. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18 (4.6×150mm, 5μm), with acetonitrile-0.6%NaH2PO4 (30:70) as mobile phase, flow rate:1.0ml/min, detection wavelength:350nm. Results:The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 2.5-50μg (r=0.9995);the average recovery of berberine hydrochloride was 100.85%, RSD was3.7%(n=6). The average content of berberine hydrochloride in ZhiziJinhua Dispersible Tablet was 0.633%.Conclusions:Determination of berberine hydrochloride content in ZhiziJinhua Dispersible Tablet by HPLC in this study is simple and reproducible, and can be used for determiningberberinehydrochloridecontentin ZhiziJinhua DispersibleTablet.
