气体绝缘组合电器(Gas Insulated Switchgear,简称GIS)局部放电检测对于保证电器的安全运行具有重要意义。为了对GIS进行有效的故障诊断,试验设计了3种典型绝缘缺陷类型,通过超高频法对局部放电进行了检测,获得了n-q、q-Ф等分布图谱。结果表明:不同的局部放电类型具有不同图谱特征,且图谱差异明显,可以通过图谱特征对故障引起的局部放电进行识别,为GIS故障诊断和安全运行提供了参考依据。

Detecting partial discharges in GIS is significant in ensuring the safe operation. To diagnose faults in GIS effectively, three typical insulation defects were designed. The partial discharge was detected by ultra high frequency method, consequently the n-q and the q-Ф curves were obtained. Results show that different partial discharge defects result in different curve characters. Differences between different curves are significant, which can help to identify the partial discharge caused by faults. It provides a reference for diagnosing faults in GIS and operating safely.
