中国著名教育家庄泽宣，浙江嘉兴人，祖籍江苏武进，出身江南著名望族毗陵庄氏。庄泽宣兄弟们随父亲庄兆铭（十九世）一支北上，早年居住北京景山东街（原景山东大街2号庄宅）。获哥伦比亚大学教育学博士学位，回国后任清华大学、厦门大学、中山大学、浙江大学等名校教授。庄泽宣为标志中国现代新教育开端之“壬戌学制”（1922）的起草人。他建立了中国第一个教育研究机构（1928），提出了新教育“中国化”的四项原则，是中国教育本土化、比较教育和职业教育的重要先驱者。
중국저명교육가장택선，절강가흥인，조적강소무진，출신강남저명망족비릉장씨。장택선형제문수부친장조명（십구세）일지북상，조년거주북경경산동가（원경산동대가2호장택）。획가륜비아대학교육학박사학위，회국후임청화대학、하문대학、중산대학、절강대학등명교교수。장택선위표지중국현대신교육개단지“임술학제”（1922）적기초인。타건립료중국제일개교육연구궤구（1928），제출료신교육“중국화”적사항원칙，시중국교육본토화、비교교육화직업교육적중요선구자。
Zhuang Zexuan ,a famous Chinese educator ,native of Wujin ,Jiangsu Province ,was born in the Zhuang ’ s , a famous large family in Piling of Jiangnan area . Zhuang Zexuan and his brothers migrated with their father Zhuang Zhaoming (the 19th generation) to north China , and lived in East Jingshan Street in Beijing (the former Mansion of the Zhuang’ s ,2# East Jingshan Street) in his early years .Graduated from Columbia University , he was awarded a doctorate in Education . After returning home from abroad ,he had served as professor in Tsinghua University ,Xiamen University ,Sun Yat-Sen University ,and Zhejiang University . He was one of the drafters for Wuxu Educational System (1922) , w hich symbolized the beginning of New Education in modern China . He founded the first educational research institute in China (1928) , and proposed the four principles of “Chinese Indigenization” of New Education . He was a pioneer of Chinese indigenization of education ,comparative education and vocational education .
