为研究螺旋叶片折流板换热器壳程传热性能,通过FLUENT数值模拟,对螺旋叶片折流板换热器壳程的压力场、温度场和速度场进行了分析。比较了换热器性能参数的模拟值和实验值,各性能参数模拟值和实验值的比值趋势基本一致。研究结果表明,模拟范围内,折流板间距越小、螺旋角度越大的情况下,螺旋叶片折流板换热器的综合性能最优。
為研究螺鏇葉片摺流闆換熱器殼程傳熱性能,通過FLUENT數值模擬,對螺鏇葉片摺流闆換熱器殼程的壓力場、溫度場和速度場進行瞭分析。比較瞭換熱器性能參數的模擬值和實驗值,各性能參數模擬值和實驗值的比值趨勢基本一緻。研究結果錶明,模擬範圍內,摺流闆間距越小、螺鏇角度越大的情況下,螺鏇葉片摺流闆換熱器的綜閤性能最優。

In order to research the shell-side heat transfer performance in helical blade baffle heat exchanger, the pressure field, temperature field and velocity field of shell side of helical blade baffle heat exchanger were analyzed through FLUENT numerical simulation. The results show that simulated values and experimental values of various performance parameters of the heat exchanger are basic consistent;The smaller baffle spacing and the bigger helix angle, the better the comprehensive heat transfer performance of helical blade baffle heat exchanger will be in the range of simulation.
