建立了毛细管气相色谱法测定粗苯中苯、甲苯、二甲苯含量的方法。采用HP-5毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,单点标准对照法定量。该方法分析速度快,测定重现性好,准确度和精密度高,三苯各个组分相对标准偏差均小于6%,回收率在96.0%~100.8%间。

A gas chromatography method has been established for determination of benzene, toluene and xylene content in crude benzol. The optimal experiments condition was determined as follows:using HP-5 capillary column as separator, FID as detector and the single point calibration method for quantitative analysis. The results show that the method has good accuracy and precision. The relative standard deviation (n=6) is less than 6%,and the recovery rate is 96.0%~100.8%.
