对辽河石化公司催化车间余热锅炉采用 WPLT-C105剂(除氧钝化剂)进行给水 pH 值调节,用WPLT-H201剂(缓蚀阻垢剂)代替磷酸三钠进行炉内水处理的情况进行了介绍,表明锅炉给水、炉水、蒸汽指标合格率大幅提高,完全能够满足安全生产要求,节能减排效果也很显著。

WPLT-C105 passivator was used to adjust PH value of water in waste heat boiler of catalysis unit in Liaohe petrochemical company,WPLT-H201corrosion inhibitor was used to replace trisodium phosphate for furnace water treatment. The results show that the pass rates of boiler feed water, boiler water, steam increase significantly, they can completely meet the demand of safe production;energy conservation’s effect is also notable.
