MDA缩合工段生产的废盐水中含有少量的胺类有机物,主要是苯胺、MDA等。废盐水中NaCl、NaOH 浓度高,一般的处理方法难以实现。采用活性炭法处理含胺废盐水,对影响活性炭吸附的因素进行了系统研究。研究结果表明,对于吸附效果好且预处理容易的大颗粒活性炭进行脱附很困难,不现实,不经济,大颗粒活性炭在MDA浓度为1×10-6时,吸附达到平衡,不再吸附MDA,吸附后的活性炭难以回收利用。

MDA축합공단생산적폐염수중함유소량적알류유궤물,주요시분알、MDA등。폐염수중NaCl、NaOH 농도고,일반적처리방법난이실현。채용활성탄법처리함알폐염수,대영향활성탄흡부적인소진행료계통연구。연구결과표명,대우흡부효과호차예처리용역적대과립활성탄진행탈부흔곤난,불현실,불경제,대과립활성탄재MDA농도위1×10-6시,흡부체도평형,불재흡부MDA,흡부후적활성탄난이회수이용。
There are some organic amines in saline wastewater from MDA condensation process,such as aniline, MDA and so on. Because the aniline wastewater contains high concentration sodium chloride and sodium hydroxide, it is difficult to treat the wastewater with ordinary methods. In this paper, the aniline wastewater was treated by active carbon method, and factors to affect the activated carbon adsorption were studied. Experimental results show that the big particle active carbon has nice adsorption result and easy pretreatment procedure. However, the big particle active carbon can not desorbed easily. So to use the big particle active carbon is not practical and economical. When the MDA concentration is 1×10-6, adsorption reaches equilibrium, and used active carbon can not be recycled.
