对梳棉机刺辊系统进行了比较分析，认为单刺辊系统对梳棉机进一步提高产量的作用已经到了极限；二刺辊系统由于存在分梳和转移的矛盾，因此在梳理实践中也已经被淘汰；三刺辊系统可以提高分梳效能、增大除杂区域，因而是梳棉机进一步提高产量的首选。
對梳棉機刺輥繫統進行瞭比較分析，認為單刺輥繫統對梳棉機進一步提高產量的作用已經到瞭極限；二刺輥繫統由于存在分梳和轉移的矛盾，因此在梳理實踐中也已經被淘汰；三刺輥繫統可以提高分梳效能、增大除雜區域，因而是梳棉機進一步提高產量的首選。
대소면궤자곤계통진행료비교분석，인위단자곤계통대소면궤진일보제고산량적작용이경도료겁한；이자곤계통유우존재분소화전이적모순，인차재소리실천중야이경피도태；삼자곤계통가이제고분소효능、증대제잡구역，인이시소면궤진일보제고산량적수선。
Licker-in systems of a card were compared and analyzed .It was found that the production of a card with single licker -in system has reached its limit .Due to contradiction between carding and transferring , double licker-in system has been eliminated .By contrast , triple licker-in system is helpful to improve carding efficiency and enlarge trash-removing area , thereby it is the first choice to increase output of a card .
