对梳棉机刺辊系统进行了比较分析,认为单刺辊系统对梳棉机进一步提高产量的作用已经到了极限;二刺辊系统由于存在分梳和转移的矛盾,因此在梳理实践中也已经被淘汰;三刺辊系统可以提高分梳效能、增大除杂区域,因而是梳棉机进一步提高产量的首选。

Licker-in systems of a card were compared and analyzed .It was found that the production of a card with single licker -in system has reached its limit .Due to contradiction between carding and transferring , double licker-in system has been eliminated .By contrast , triple licker-in system is helpful to improve carding efficiency and enlarge trash-removing area , thereby it is the first choice to increase output of a card .
