目的:探讨激素治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征对淋巴细胞产生的影响。方法将本院儿科2012年6月至2013年6月诊断和治疗的原发性肾病综合征并且正在行激素治疗的患儿50例作为病例组,同时选取本院检查健康的40例儿童作为对照组,分别应用流式细胞术测量患儿的淋巴细胞系,比较两组检查的结果。结果病例组CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD4+CD25+、NK细胞含量与对照组相比都有所下降,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05),CD3+CD8+、B细胞含量与对照组相比均升高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后上述指标改善,CD3+CD4+和B细胞的含量在两组之间的差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论激素治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征对淋巴细胞系产生一定的影响,起一定的治疗作用。

Objective To study the effect of pediatric primary nephrotic syndrome hormone therapy on lymphocytes induced. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of the pediatric department of our hospital from 2012 June to 2013 June in primary nephrotic syndrome and is hormonal treatment in 50 cases as case group, at the same time, the selection of the institute of child health examination in 40 cases as control group (placebo control), lfow cytometry measurements were compared between the two groups of cell lines examined results. Results Cases in treatment group and control group before the lymphoid cell line comparison shows that the parts of CD3+and CD3+, CD4+, CD4+CD25+and NK cells were decreased compared with control group differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), the CD3+CD8+, B cells are elevated compared with control group, difference has statistical signiifcance (P < 0.05);after treatment the levels are changes to the normal values, compared with the control group after treatment of CD3+, CD4+and the content of B cells in the difference between the two groups have statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion Hormone treatment children with primary nephrotic syndrome of lymphoid cell lines have influence, plays a certain therapeutic effect.
