通过钢锭热送工艺的优化,缩短钢锭动模时间、改变脱帽口、脱模方式,实现带液芯钢锭热送,可大幅提高钢锭的入坑温度,缩短初轧厂均热炉加热时间,减少能源消耗。

Through optimizing ingot hot delivery process, shortening the time of cooling ingot , changing the ways of cap section’s removing and demoulding, hot delivery process for Ingot with liquid core could be achieved to raise the temperature of ingot’s putting into the pit, shorten the heating time of soaking pit furnace in blooming plant and reduce energy consumption.
