根据大厂锡石多金属硫化矿锌浮选尾矿的特点,进行了砷硫分离中氧化剂的试验研究,考察了高锰酸钾、次氯酸钙、硫酸铁和双氧水四种氧化剂对毒砂浮选的影响。试验结果表明,双氧水对毒砂的抑制效果最好,在双氧水用量为900 g/t时,硫精矿中砷品位由2.27%下降到1.11%。研究结果对进一步提高大厂锡石多金属硫化矿锌尾矿中有价金属综合回收具有实践价值。
根據大廠錫石多金屬硫化礦鋅浮選尾礦的特點,進行瞭砷硫分離中氧化劑的試驗研究,攷察瞭高錳痠鉀、次氯痠鈣、硫痠鐵和雙氧水四種氧化劑對毒砂浮選的影響。試驗結果錶明,雙氧水對毒砂的抑製效果最好,在雙氧水用量為900 g/t時,硫精礦中砷品位由2.27%下降到1.11%。研究結果對進一步提高大廠錫石多金屬硫化礦鋅尾礦中有價金屬綜閤迴收具有實踐價值。

According to the ore characteristics of zinc tailing of cassiterite -polymetallic sulfide ore from Dachang area , the type of oxidants was studied to separate sulfur and arsenic .Four kinds of oxidants including potassium hypermanganate , calcium hypochlorite , iron sulfate and hydrogen per-oxide had been tested to investigate the depression effect on the flotation of arsenopyrite .The exper-imental results show that hydrogen peroxide is the best depressant for arsenopyrite .When the dos-age of hydrogen peroxide is of 900 g/t, the grade of Asdecreases from 2.27% to 1.11% in the concentrate of sulfur .The results are of practical valuable to improve the comprehensive recovery of multi metal from the tailing of cassiterite -polymetallic sulfide ore in Dachang .
