With the forming process design of BHFA498 Roving machine as the sample, the paper conducts the discussion on different meanings of forming process parameters. Selection principles of different parameters, programs of test spinning adjustment and some matters needing attention are explained. Roving elongation controlling methods of intelligent roving machine are also introduced.
