采用2种土源(黑龙江省弱酸性土和山西省弱碱性土)进行秸秆腐熟剂应用效果试验。以玉米秸秆还田为对照组(A组),研究了秸秆还田并施微生物复合菌剂(B组)在发酵过程中土壤营养的变化,秸秆腐熟程度以及玉米产量的变化。结果显示:在同等管理条件下,不论酸性土或碱性土,在秸秆还田基础上施用腐熟剂后,土壤中有机质、碱解氮、速效磷等养分含量均有所增加。玉米秸秆在微生物复合菌剂作用下可加速其腐解和养分释放,同时能明显改善玉米农艺性状和增产。

채용2충토원(흑룡강성약산성토화산서성약감성토)진행갈간부숙제응용효과시험。이옥미갈간환전위대조조(A조),연구료갈간환전병시미생물복합균제(B조)재발효과정중토양영양적변화,갈간부숙정도이급옥미산량적변화。결과현시:재동등관리조건하,불론산성토혹감성토,재갈간환전기출상시용부숙제후,토양중유궤질、감해담、속효린등양분함량균유소증가。옥미갈간재미생물복합균제작용하가가속기부해화양분석방,동시능명현개선옥미농예성상화증산。
The experiment dopted two kinds of soil source (Weak acid soil in heilongjiang province and weak alkaline soil in Shanxi Province) to research the application effect of microbial compound inoculants. Onsidering group of the effect of marginal straw returning as CK (A group) , studied the effect of straw returning combined with microbial compound inoculants(B group) on straw decomposition degree, changes in soil nutrient and yield of rape. The results showed: No matter the acidic or alkaline soil, the soil organic matter, alkali solution nitrogen, rapid available phosphorus such as nutrient contents were both increased under the same management conditions after adding microbial compound inoculants on the basis of straw returned. The microbial compound inoculants could accelerate the marginal straw decomposition and nutrient release and then significantly improved agronomic traits and yield of marginal.
