目的评价2%夫西地酸软膏联合0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2011年1月～2013年1月某院收治的寻常痤疮130例，根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组66例，采用2%夫西地酸软膏联合0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗；对照组64例，单独使用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗。两组患者均连用8周，分别在治疗后第2，4，8周末观察疗效并评价安全性。结果治疗后第8周，治疗组有效率86.4%,对照组有效率52.5%,两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论2%夫西地酸软膏联合0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗轻中度寻常痤疮疗效满意。
목적평개2%부서지산연고연합0.1%아체파림응효치료경중도심상좌창적림상료효급안전성。방법선택2011년1월～2013년1월모원수치적심상좌창130례，근거치료방법적불동장환자분위치료조화대조조。치료조66례，채용2%부서지산연고연합0.1%아체파림응효치료；대조조64례，단독사용0.1%아체파림응효치료。량조환자균련용8주，분별재치료후제2，4，8주말관찰료효병평개안전성。결과치료후제8주，치료조유효솔86.4%,대조조유효솔52.5%,량조비교차이유현저성（P＜0.05）。결론2%부서지산연고연합0.1%아체파림응효치료경중도심상좌창료효만의。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 2% fusidic acid cream combine 0.1%adapalene gel in the treatment of mild and moderate acne vulgaris.Methods 130 cases of mild and moderate acne vulgaris patients were enrolled and were divided into treatment group and control groups based on the different methods of treatment.66 patients of the treatment group were treated by 2% fusidic acid cream combined with 0.1%adapalene gel,while 64 patients of the control group were treated only by 0.1% adapalene gel.All the patients received therapy for 8 weeks continuously and had been observed to evaluate the efficacy on the second,fourth and eighth week of treatment.Results On the eighth week of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.4%,and there was a significant difference compared with that of control group (52.5%,P < 0.05). Conclusion It is an ideal therapy by using 2%fusidi cacid cream combined with 0.1%adapalene gel in the treatment of mild tomoderate acne vulgaris.
