目的：研究消风散联合地氯雷他定治疗小儿慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选取120例小儿慢性荨麻疹患儿，随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例，其中对照组仅采用地氯雷他定治疗，而治疗组应用消风散与地氯雷他定联合治疗，比较两组疗效。结果两组治愈率、总有效率及复发率对比差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论消风散联合地氯雷他定治疗小儿慢性特发性荨麻疹具有较好的疗效，值得临床推广。
目的：研究消風散聯閤地氯雷他定治療小兒慢性特髮性蕁痳疹的臨床療效。方法選取120例小兒慢性蕁痳疹患兒，隨機分為治療組與對照組各60例，其中對照組僅採用地氯雷他定治療，而治療組應用消風散與地氯雷他定聯閤治療，比較兩組療效。結果兩組治愈率、總有效率及複髮率對比差異顯著，具有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。結論消風散聯閤地氯雷他定治療小兒慢性特髮性蕁痳疹具有較好的療效，值得臨床推廣。
목적：연구소풍산연합지록뢰타정치료소인만성특발성담마진적림상료효。방법선취120례소인만성담마진환인，수궤분위치료조여대조조각60례，기중대조조부채용지록뢰타정치료，이치료조응용소풍산여지록뢰타정연합치료，비교량조료효。결과량조치유솔、총유효솔급복발솔대비차이현저，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론소풍산연합지록뢰타정치료소인만성특발성담마진구유교호적료효，치득림상추엄。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Xiaofeng powder combined with loratadine in the treatment of children with chronic idiopathic urticaria. Methods 120 children with chronic idiopathic urticaria were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 patients in each group. The control group received desloratadine treatment and the treatment group received Xiaofeng powder combined with desloratadine. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The two groups were significantly different in the cure rate,total effective rate and recurrence rate,with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiaofeng powder combined with loratadine shows good efficacy in the treatment of children with chronic idiopathic urticaria,thereby worthy of promotion.
