目的:探讨温阳利水法对老年冠心病心衰患者的临床疗效及对 SOD和 GSH-PX的影响。方法将62例老年冠心病心衰患者分为实验组与对照组,对照组予以常规西医治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上采用温阳利水法治疗,比较不同治疗方法的临床干预结果和对 SOD及 GSH-PX的影响。结果实验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),而且对 SOD及 GSH-PX活性的提高优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上辅以中医温阳利水法治疗,更有利于改善老年冠心病心衰患者的临床症状和提高抗氧化酶活性,从而保护冠心病心衰患者的血管内皮功能。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of TCM in elderly patients with coronary heart dis-ease and its clinical observation on antioxidant enzyme:SOD and GSH-PX.Methods 62 patients hospi-talized in the Department of Cardiology,with coronary heart disease and heart failure were divided into ex-perimental group and control group,while patients in control group were given routine treatment of West-ern medicine,and those of experimental group were treated with TCM combined with routine treatment. Meanwhile,clinical intervention results of the two methods were compared,and their effect on SOD and GSH-PX were investigated as well.Results The result of experimental group was better than that of con-trol group (P<0.01),and antioxidant enzyme SOD and GSH-PX activity increased more than that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The methods of conventional western medicine treatment com-bined with TCM can improve clinical symptoms and activity of antioxidant enzymes, thereby protecting the vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.
