对唐菖蒲生长过程中籽球和花器官的部分生理生化变化进行介绍。对目前唐菖蒲种球的唯一商品化繁殖材料籽球，从其形态、内源激素、蛋白质、碳水化合物及其代谢相关酶变化的角度进行综述；对于唐菖蒲的穗状花序，从其可溶性糖、蛋白质、氨基酸含量及其丙二醛、POD、SOD活性的角度进行综述，生理指标的变化表现出明显的发育和衰老顺序，这对其鲜切花的保鲜有重大意义。

Some physiological and biochemical changes during the growth of Gladiolus were intro-duced.As to the cormels,the current only commercial breeding materials of Gladiolus corms,this paper reviewed some changes on their morphology,endogenous hormones,proteins,carbohydrates and their me-tabolism related enzymes.As to Gladiolus spikes,this paper reviewed some changes on the contents of the soluble sugar,protein, amino acid, the malonaldehyde,POD and SOD, showing that the changes in these physiological indexes were closely related to the development and senescence of aging sequence.This is of great significance to the preservation of fresh cut flowers.
