目的：探讨血清肿瘤标志物神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原（CYFRA21-1）和癌胚抗原（ CEA）在食管癌诊断中的运用。方法对75例正常的健康受试者（对照组）和70例食管癌患者（研究组）使用罗氏电化学发光免疫系统检测其血清NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA水平。结果研究组NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA血清含量均明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）；3种肿瘤标志物的检测结果显示，NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA在食管癌的诊断中均有较高特异性，但敏感性较低。3种标志物的联合检测对于食管癌的诊断有较高敏感性以及特异性，分别是81．9％（59/72）和83．3％（60/72）。结论 NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA可以作为食管癌诊断的辅助指标，能有效提高食管癌诊断的敏感性，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토혈청종류표지물신경원특이성희순화매（NSE）、세포각단백19편단항원（CYFRA21-1）화암배항원（ CEA）재식관암진단중적운용。방법대75례정상적건강수시자（대조조）화70례식관암환자（연구조）사용라씨전화학발광면역계통검측기혈청NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA수평。결과연구조NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA혈청함량균명현고우대조조（P＜0．05）；3충종류표지물적검측결과현시，NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA재식관암적진단중균유교고특이성，단민감성교저。3충표지물적연합검측대우식관암적진단유교고민감성이급특이성，분별시81．9％（59/72）화83．3％（60/72）。결론 NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA가이작위식관암진단적보조지표，능유효제고식관암진단적민감성，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective Objective To study the application of serum tumor markers neuron-specific enolase ( NSE) ,cytokera-tin 19 fragment antigen(CYFRA21-1)and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer .Methods Ser-um level of NSE ,CYFRA21-1 and CEA in 75 cases of normal healthy subjects ( control group ) and 70 patients with esophageal cancer(experimental group)were detected by Roche electrochemiluminescence immune system .Results Serum level of NSE, CYFRA21-1,CEA in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);test results of the 3 tumor markers showed that NSE ,CYFRA21-1,CEA for the diagnosis of esophageal cancer had a higher specificity but low sensitivity . Combined detection of the 3 tumor markers for the diagnosis of esophageal cancer had a high sensitivity and specificity of 81.9%(59/72)and 83.3%(60/72).Conclusion NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CEA can be used as an auxiliary index for the diagnosis of e-sophageal cancer ,it can effectively improve the diagnostic sensitivity ,and it is worthy of clinical application .
