目的：调查分析宫颈癌患者治疗后性生活状况及其影响因素。方法对125例宫颈鳞癌患者采用女性性功能指数（FSFI）自评量表调查患者治疗前后的性功能状况。结果125例宫颈癌患者中78．4％的患者治疗后出现性功能障碍；宫颈癌患者治疗后性功能状况与患者年龄，临床分期及围绝经期综合征病情程度等因素相关。结论宫颈癌患者治疗后性功能可能出现障碍，故提高肿瘤治愈率和患者生存率的同时，应注重肿瘤患者治疗后性功能的康复治疗，以降低性功能障碍的发生率，从而提高患者生存质量。
목적：조사분석궁경암환자치료후성생활상황급기영향인소。방법대125례궁경린암환자채용녀성성공능지수（FSFI）자평량표조사환자치료전후적성공능상황。결과125례궁경암환자중78．4％적환자치료후출현성공능장애；궁경암환자치료후성공능상황여환자년령，림상분기급위절경기종합정병정정도등인소상관。결론궁경암환자치료후성공능가능출현장애，고제고종류치유솔화환자생존솔적동시，응주중종류환자치료후성공능적강복치료，이강저성공능장애적발생솔，종이제고환자생존질량。
Objective To investigate the postoperative sexual function of cervical cancer patients and its influencing fac -tors.Methods Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI)self-rating scale was used to investigate the sexual function of cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients before and after treatment .Results 78.4%of 125 patients suffered from sexual dysfunction af-ter treatment;and postoperative sexual function of cervical cancer patients was related with age ,clinical stage ,and the severity of peri-menopausal symptoms and other factors .Conclusion Cervical cancer patients after treatment may suffer from sexual dys-function,in addition to improve tumor cure rate and survival ,we should focus on rehabilitation of patients ’ postoperative sexual function to reduce the incidence of sexual dysfunction ,and enhance the quality of life of patients .
