目的：探讨椎体后凸成形术（PKP）配合中医辨证分型内外用药及功能锻炼对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折（OVCF）治疗的临床疗效。方法选取81例OVCF病例，随机分为治疗组（n＝27）、对照1组（n＝27）和对照2组（n＝27）。治疗组采用PKP术与中医辨证分型内外用药及功能锻炼治疗；对照1组采用PKP术配合阿伦磷酸钠及功能锻炼治疗；对照2组采用保守治疗配合阿伦磷酸钠及功能锻炼治疗。结果治疗组在Mcgill疼痛问卷、胸腰椎功能障碍指数问卷（ODI）、骨密度（BMD）、椎体前、中柱高度与Cobb角变化、局部症状及并发症评价等方面与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），疗效明显。结论采用PKP术与中医辨证分型内外用药及功能锻炼治疗OVCF，具有术后疼痛明显缓解、增加腰背部活动功能、改善骨密度、伤椎前中柱高度和Cobb角恢复良好、术后局部症状改善以及能有效防治术后并发症等积极作用。
目的：探討椎體後凸成形術（PKP）配閤中醫辨證分型內外用藥及功能鍛煉對骨質疏鬆性椎體壓縮骨摺（OVCF）治療的臨床療效。方法選取81例OVCF病例，隨機分為治療組（n＝27）、對照1組（n＝27）和對照2組（n＝27）。治療組採用PKP術與中醫辨證分型內外用藥及功能鍛煉治療；對照1組採用PKP術配閤阿倫燐痠鈉及功能鍛煉治療；對照2組採用保守治療配閤阿倫燐痠鈉及功能鍛煉治療。結果治療組在Mcgill疼痛問捲、胸腰椎功能障礙指數問捲（ODI）、骨密度（BMD）、椎體前、中柱高度與Cobb角變化、跼部癥狀及併髮癥評價等方麵與對照組比較差異均有統計學意義（P＜0．05），療效明顯。結論採用PKP術與中醫辨證分型內外用藥及功能鍛煉治療OVCF，具有術後疼痛明顯緩解、增加腰揹部活動功能、改善骨密度、傷椎前中柱高度和Cobb角恢複良好、術後跼部癥狀改善以及能有效防治術後併髮癥等積極作用。
목적：탐토추체후철성형술（PKP）배합중의변증분형내외용약급공능단련대골질소송성추체압축골절（OVCF）치료적림상료효。방법선취81례OVCF병례，수궤분위치료조（n＝27）、대조1조（n＝27）화대조2조（n＝27）。치료조채용PKP술여중의변증분형내외용약급공능단련치료；대조1조채용PKP술배합아륜린산납급공능단련치료；대조2조채용보수치료배합아륜린산납급공능단련치료。결과치료조재Mcgill동통문권、흉요추공능장애지수문권（ODI）、골밀도（BMD）、추체전、중주고도여Cobb각변화、국부증상급병발증평개등방면여대조조비교차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05），료효명현。결론채용PKP술여중의변증분형내외용약급공능단련치료OVCF，구유술후동통명현완해、증가요배부활동공능、개선골밀도、상추전중주고도화Cobb각회복량호、술후국부증상개선이급능유효방치술후병발증등적겁작용。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of treatment to the osteoporotic verte-bral compression fractures (OVCF) by percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) combined with traditional Chinese medicine by internal and external medication method ,based on syndrome differentiation and back muscle function exercise .Methods 81 cases have been divided randomly into three groups which were treatment group (n=27) ,PKP combined with traditional Chinese medicine by internal and exter-nal medication method based on syndrome differentiation and back muscle function exercise , first gomparisongroup (n=27) only PKP combined with oral alendronate and functional exercise ,and the second comparison group (n=27) using non-operation treatment with alendronate and functional exer-cise treatment .Results Compared with control groups the treatment group shows prominent advanta-ges .There were statistical significantly differences (P<0 .05) in Mcgill pain questionnaire ,oswestry dysfunction index of the questionnaires ,vertebral height and Cobb angle recovery ,bone mineral densi-ty ,local physical sign transformation and complication .Conclusion The treatment of PKP combined with traditional Chinese medicine by internal and external medication method based on syndrome dif-ferentiation and back muscle function exercise is efficacy in ease the pain of postoperative ,improving the function of the waist activities ,improving bone mineral density ,maintaining vertebral body height and Cobb angle ,prevention and treatment of complications .
