目的:应用感觉神经定量检测仪(Neurometer CPT/C)检测2型糖尿病(T2DM )患者周围感觉神经功能,并使用神经修复药物单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷酯钠进行短期治疗以观察临床疗效。方法测定68例T2DM患者在使用药物前后的正中神经、腓肠神经于2000 Hz、250 Hz、5 Hz时的电流感觉阈值(CPT ),并与正常对照进行比较。结果与正常对照组比较,T2DM 患者的CPT 值明显增高,在2000 Hz时增高最为明显(P<0.01);其中12例患者无明显周围神经病变临床症状,但CPT值已经超过正常对照值;通过使用神经修复药物单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷酯钠对这些患者做短期强化治疗后,CPT值可有不同程度的下降(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。结论 T2DM 患者因代谢控制未达标,均表现有不同程度的周围神经病变,经过应用神经修复药物的积极干预,可促进糖尿病周围神经病变的改善。

목적:응용감각신경정량검측의(Neurometer CPT/C)검측2형당뇨병(T2DM )환자주위감각신경공능,병사용신경수복약물단타액산사기당신경절감지납진행단기치료이관찰림상료효。방법측정68례T2DM환자재사용약물전후적정중신경、비장신경우2000 Hz、250 Hz、5 Hz시적전류감각역치(CPT ),병여정상대조진행비교。결과여정상대조조비교,T2DM 환자적CPT 치명현증고,재2000 Hz시증고최위명현(P<0.01);기중12례환자무명현주위신경병변림상증상,단CPT치이경초과정상대조치;통과사용신경수복약물단타액산사기당신경절감지납대저사환자주단기강화치료후,CPT치가유불동정도적하강(P<0.05혹 P<0.01)。결론 T2DM 환자인대사공제미체표,균표현유불동정도적주위신경병변,경과응용신경수복약물적적겁간예,가촉진당뇨병주위신경병변적개선。
Objective To detect the peripheral sensory function in type 2 diabetes mellitus with the Neurometer CPT/C and to observe the clinical effects of the monosialotetrahexosylganglioside (GM1) in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy .Methods Sixty-eight diabetic patients and twenty healthy control subjects were detected in the study .Using the Neurometer ,current perception threshold value testing at 2000 ,250 and 5Hz was performed on median and sural nerves .Results Dia-betic patients have higher current perception threshold values especially at 2000Hz on both nerves as compared with the control group (P<0 .01) .Among these patients ,12 patients without symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy had abnormal current perception threshold values .The administration of GM1 in a short period had decreased the current perception threshold values in these patients (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) .Conclusion Because of the metabolic derangements ,type 2 diabetic patients would demonstrate peripheral neuropathy of different degree .The diabetic peripheral neuropathy could be al-leviated through the active intervention of the nerve-repairing medication .
