分析了法学（律师方向）本科专业现状，认为从培养目标、课程设置、课程建设到教学方法的改革等，都存在一定程度的准备不足。结合暨南大学出台的“法学本科专业（律师方向）培养方案”分析，认为这实际上还属于“摸着石头过河”，既没有深入的理论研究为基础，也缺乏长期积累的实践经验为支撑，因此，必须在理论与实践结合的基础上不断完善和创新。

As a newly established specialty for undergraduates,the aim of laws specialty (lawyer-oriented) is to train professional applied talents.For this new discipline,on one hand,there is a lack of preparation somewhat in the training obj ectives,curriculum construction and reform of teaching methods;on the other hand,the debate continues on how to define the“theory-based (academic)talents”and“application-orien-ted talents”.Jinan University has introduced the plan of“the undergraduate training program for law spe-cialty (lawyer-oriented)”.However,it is just a tentative reform,which needs improving theoretically and practically.
