This paper discusses the problems in the chain marketing of the Chinese agricultural distribution system and makes a model analysis of customer satisfaction to study how to improve companies'service ca-pabilities and product competitiveness.This paper suggests that agricultural enterprises and banks jointly launch the agricultural and financial innovation to improve their competitiveness.
