目的:系统评价英夫利昔(IFX)对克罗恩病(CD)短期、长期黏膜愈合的疗效。方法检索Pubmed、Cochrane、Embase数据库2014年1月以前公开发表的IFX与其他药物比较的随机对照试验(RCT)。按Cochrane协作网推荐的方法对文献进行质量评价并应用RevMan5.2软件进行Meta分析,评价结果的敏感性。结果符合纳入标准的英文文献4篇,共391例。合并分析结果显示:IFX对CD的短期黏膜愈合率[RR=9.45,95%CI(1.88,47.52),P=0.006]和长期黏膜愈合率[RR=2.44,95%CI(1.19,5.02),P=0.01]均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 IFX对CD能有效地诱导及维持黏膜愈合。

Objective To assess the short-term and long-term effect of Infliximab (IFX) on the mucosal healing in the treatment of Crohn's disease. Methods Information up to Jan 2014 were retrieved from PubMed,Cochrane Library,and Em-base. Collected publications were all about randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on IFX with other drugs. Evaluated the quality of the included studies,and performed Meta-analysis by using RevMan5.2 software. Results 4 English documents with a sample size of 391 patients met the inclusion criteria,the meta-analysis showed that:the rate of short-term mucosal healing (RR 9.45,95%CI 1.88 to 47.52,P=0.006) and the long-term mucosal healing (RR 2.44,95%CI 1.19 to 5.02,P=0.01) for CD treated with IFX were better in the treatment group than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant. Conclu-sion IFX can effectively induce and maintain the mucosal healing for CD.
