目的:了解ICU护士对伤口湿性愈合理论的认知程度及目前临床湿性愈合理论的运用现状,为开展伤口湿性愈合理论教学及提高临床伤口护理水平提供参考依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,采用横断面调查选取四川省某大型三级甲等医院262名ICU护士作为研究对象,从其对伤口湿性愈合概念、湿润环境、湿性愈合的优点、适应证及常用的湿性愈合敷料这5个方面的认知进行问卷调查,数据用SPSS 17.0进行统计学处理,采用中位数、四分位数间距、构成比等进行统计描述,用 Wilcoxon法和Kruskal-Wallis H法等进行统计推断。结果 ICU护士湿性愈合知识得分中位数为26.00分,四分位数间距为10.25分,1.9%的护士完全不了解湿性愈合理论相关知识,8.4%护士对相关知识了解较多,一半以上护士的湿性愈合护理实践认知较差。48.5%的护士最近一次获取相关知识是在1个月时间内,获取知识来源最主要来源于同事之间的交流。结论 ICU护士对伤口湿性愈合理论的认知情况并不理想,临床伤口护理实践中需要不断增强伤口愈合知识的培训教育,更新观念,以提高临床伤口治疗水平。

목적:료해ICU호사대상구습성유합이론적인지정도급목전림상습성유합이론적운용현상,위개전상구습성유합이론교학급제고림상상구호리수평제공삼고의거。방법자행설계조사문권,채용횡단면조사선취사천성모대형삼급갑등의원262명ICU호사작위연구대상,종기대상구습성유합개념、습윤배경、습성유합적우점、괄응증급상용적습성유합부료저5개방면적인지진행문권조사,수거용SPSS 17.0진행통계학처리,채용중위수、사분위수간거、구성비등진행통계묘술,용 Wilcoxon법화Kruskal-Wallis H법등진행통계추단。결과 ICU호사습성유합지식득분중위수위26.00분,사분위수간거위10.25분,1.9%적호사완전불료해습성유합이론상관지식,8.4%호사대상관지식료해교다,일반이상호사적습성유합호리실천인지교차。48.5%적호사최근일차획취상관지식시재1개월시간내,획취지식래원최주요래원우동사지간적교류。결론 ICU호사대상구습성유합이론적인지정황병불이상,림상상구호리실천중수요불단증강상구유합지식적배훈교육,경신관념,이제고림상상구치료수평。
Objective To explore ICU nurses’ cognition on moist healing theory and the clinic practice of wound moist healing, to provide basic information for future teaching and improve wound care quality. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 262 ICU nurse in a general hospital in Sichuan province. The questionnaire included five parts: the concept of wound moist healing, moist environment, its advantage, its indication and dressings. Results The score of median knowledge was 26.00, and that of interquartile range 10.25. Totally 1.9%of the nurses was completely unaware of the theory, and only 8.4%of nurses knew a lot about moist healing theory. More than 50% of the nurses had poor nursing practice cognition and 48.5% of them recently had access to relevant knowledge within one month. The most important way of acquiring knowledge was to exchange between colleagues. Conclusion Since ICU nurses’ knowledge is limited, the education on moist healing theory should be strengthen to improve its practice.
