目的:调查儿科重症监护室护士对小儿疼痛的知信行现状,探讨疼痛知识与疼痛态度和处理方法之间的关系。方法采用问卷调查法,对2家三级甲等医院118名儿科重症监护室护士整群抽样,调查重症监护室护士的基本资料、对小儿疼痛的知识、对疼痛的态度和处理方法的情况。结果仅43名(36.4%)重症监护室护士接受过疼痛知识培训或自学疼痛知识;参加过疼痛知识培训或自学疼痛知识的护士得分较高(P<0.05);儿科重症监护室护士疼痛知识得分与疼痛评估及处理方法得分之间呈正相关(Spearman等级相关系数rs=0.64,P<0.05)。结论应加强儿科重症监护室护士儿童疼痛知识的培训,提高护士在小儿疼痛护理方面的实践能力。

목적:조사인과중증감호실호사대소인동통적지신행현상,탐토동통지식여동통태도화처리방법지간적관계。방법채용문권조사법,대2가삼급갑등의원118명인과중증감호실호사정군추양,조사중증감호실호사적기본자료、대소인동통적지식、대동통적태도화처리방법적정황。결과부43명(36.4%)중증감호실호사접수과동통지식배훈혹자학동통지식;삼가과동통지식배훈혹자학동통지식적호사득분교고(P<0.05);인과중증감호실호사동통지식득분여동통평고급처리방법득분지간정정상관(Spearman등급상관계수rs=0.64,P<0.05)。결론응가강인과중증감호실호사인동동통지식적배훈,제고호사재소인동통호리방면적실천능력。
Objective To survey the knowledge, attitude and practice of nurses in pediatric intensive care unit ,and to explore the relationship among knowledge, attitude of pain and treatment. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate 118 pediatric nurses. The survey included general information and the knowledge, attitude and practice of pain. Results Only 43 (36.4%) underwent special nursing training.The scores of nurses with pain training or self-study about pain knowledge were higher than those without(P<0.05);there is a positive correlation between knowledge, assessment and treatment (rs=0.64, P<0.05). Conclusion Train about pediatric pain needs to be increased to improve nurses ’ capabilities in pediatric pain nursing.
