目的:了解我区2008-2012年食品中食源性致病菌污染状况,分析其动态变化,确定高危食品种类,为预防食物中毒的发生和食品卫生监督监测提供科学依据.方法:依据北京市疾病预防控制中心颁发的<<食源性致病菌监测微生物检验标准操作程序>>,对各类食品进行随机采样监测,监测指标为沙门氏菌.金黄色葡萄球菌.出血性大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7.单增李斯特氏菌.副溶血性弧菌.阪崎肠杆菌等.结果:2008年-2012年食品食源性致病菌共监测食品682件,检出5种食源性致病菌共29株,总检出率为4.25%,其中单增李斯特11株,金黄色葡萄球菌9株,沙门氏菌1株,副溶血性弧菌7株,阪崎肠杆菌1株,出血性大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7未检出。我区以生肉类污染最为严重,以2012年阳性率最高,为8.38%.结论:北京市西城区食品中存在一定程度的食源性致病菌污染,应根据监测结果进行风险预警,为加强食品卫生监管提供科学指导,预防食物中毒的发生.
目的:瞭解我區2008-2012年食品中食源性緻病菌汙染狀況,分析其動態變化,確定高危食品種類,為預防食物中毒的髮生和食品衛生鑑督鑑測提供科學依據.方法:依據北京市疾病預防控製中心頒髮的<<食源性緻病菌鑑測微生物檢驗標準操作程序>>,對各類食品進行隨機採樣鑑測,鑑測指標為沙門氏菌.金黃色葡萄毬菌.齣血性大腸埃希氏菌O157:H7.單增李斯特氏菌.副溶血性弧菌.阪崎腸桿菌等.結果:2008年-2012年食品食源性緻病菌共鑑測食品682件,檢齣5種食源性緻病菌共29株,總檢齣率為4.25%,其中單增李斯特11株,金黃色葡萄毬菌9株,沙門氏菌1株,副溶血性弧菌7株,阪崎腸桿菌1株,齣血性大腸埃希氏菌O157:H7未檢齣。我區以生肉類汙染最為嚴重,以2012年暘性率最高,為8.38%.結論:北京市西城區食品中存在一定程度的食源性緻病菌汙染,應根據鑑測結果進行風險預警,為加彊食品衛生鑑管提供科學指導,預防食物中毒的髮生.

Objective:to understand my area foodborne pathogens in food in the 2008-2012 years of pol ution, analyze the dynamic change, to identify high-risk types of food, and provide scientific basis for the prevention of food poisoning and food hygiene supervision and monitoring. Methods:according to the Beijing disease prevention and control in the heart of<issued foodborne monitoring microbial pathogen inspection standard operating procedure>>random sampling, monitoring of various types of food, monitoring indicators for Salmonel a, Staphylococcus aureus. Hemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157:H7., Listeria monocytogenes. Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Enterobacter sakazaki . Results:2008-2012 food foodborne pathogens were monitored food 682, there were 5 species of food-borne pathogens a total of 29 lines, the total positive rate was 4.25%, including Listeria Lester 11 strains, 9 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 1 strains of Salmonel a, Vibrio parahaemolyticus strain 7, Sakazaki the 1 bacteria strains, hemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157:H7 was not detected. I'm in raw meat is the most serious pol ution, in 2012 the highest positive rate, 8.38%.Conclusion:the degree of contamination of food-borne pathogens in food in Beijing city of Xicheng District, the should risk early warning according to the monitoring results, and provide scientific guidance to strengthen food hygiene supervision, prevent the occurrence of food poisoning.
