制造构型的审核及验证是民机构型管理的一部分，基于有效的设计构型控制体系和可靠的质量管理系统。借鉴国外供应商实施构型控制技术的经验，提出了“供应商-主制造商”模式下，基于过程控制、出厂检验、货源检验与接收检验4个环节的一般产品设备的制造构型审核及验证，并分析了TSO选项、制造检查项及机载软件等其他产品的制造构型审核及验证，阐明了在型号研制及取证后2个阶段的制造构型审核及验证工作的不同重点。

As-built conifguration audit and veri-ifcation is part of commercial aircraft conifguration control system, and is based on valid as-designed configuration control method and reliable quality control system. With reference to advanced experience, a common methodol-ogy is brought forward based on“Supplier-Manufacturer”model, including four steps as process control, supplier’s acceptance test, source inspection and ifnal acceptance of manufacturer. Methodology for TSO products, manufactur-ing inspection items and airborne software is also analyzed. Different control points are emphasized for conifguration audit and veriifcation work in development phase and after-TC phase.
