目的：探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）在牙种植术前评估的临床应用价值及牙种植后质量评价的优势。方法对36例患者，共52个磨牙受植区及种植后，进行颌骨CT扫描。结果应用MRP及VR可以获得种植前拟种植区颌骨的全景形态，局部牙槽骨的高度、宽度及与下颌神经管及上颌窦的关系，种植区颌骨骨质密度等，种植后种植牙与下颌神经管及上颌窦的距离等。结论多层螺旋CT是进行牙种植术前的评估及种植术后的评价的有效工具。
목적：탐토다층라선CT（MSCT）재아충식술전평고적림상응용개치급아충식후질량평개적우세。방법대36례환자，공52개마아수식구급충식후，진행합골CT소묘。결과응용MRP급VR가이획득충식전의충식구합골적전경형태，국부아조골적고도、관도급여하합신경관급상합두적관계，충식구합골골질밀도등，충식후충식아여하합신경관급상합두적거리등。결론다층라선CT시진행아충식술전적평고급충식술후적평개적유효공구。
0bjective To evalue the value of MSCT in preoperative assessment and postoperative evaluation in patients for dental implantation.Methods 52 implant areas of 36 patients were scanned by spiral CT. Results MRP and panoramic VR application form before planting can get the jaw area to be planted, highly localized alveolar bone, and the relationship between the width of the mandibular canal, and maxilary and mandibular bone density planting areas, planting implant and the distance of the mandibular canal, and maxilary sinus. Conclusion multislice spiral CT was performed to assess dental implants and effective tool for preoperative and postoperative evaluation of planting.
